The All Carolinas Shop Hop begins on October 1 and ends November 30.  

During the hop, Cotton Fields will be open FOUR days a week:

Wednesday 10-5

Thursday 10-5

Friday 10-5

Saturday 10-4

Cotton Fields will participate in the Super Sundays October 17 from 10-4

 and November 7 from 10-4.

In addition, Cotton Fields will be open the two days after Thanksgiving (Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.)

More new stuff!

I was away from the shop for THREE WEEKS and it's taken all this week to get back straightened out.  New deliveries arrived and I'm preparing some special things for the  BIG shop hop that begins on October 1.

Here's a glimpse of the ALL CAROLINAS SHOP HOP fabric.  There's a panel, an all-over landscape print, five agricultural prints and five cities prints.  Cotton Fields currently has all the fabric except the panels which hopefully will be coming soon.  Panel price $9.00, other fabrics $12.99/yard.

This new item just arrived, the Sewing Box Kit from Dritz.  As you can see, it includes ALL the basics: scissors, pins, magnetic pincushion, tomato pincushion, needles clips, seam ripper, white pencil, tape measure and small ruler.  Great for a beginner or for a ready made kit with everything you need to take off for a sewing class.  $30.00 each.

REORDER - This lovely panel from QT Fabrics was very popular and I was able to order more.  There is a pattern to use the panel in a 52" x 58" quilt.  Panel $12.99 and pattern $10.00.

October 1 through November 30, 2021

Sixty-four stores are gearing up for our first ever All Carolinas Shop Hop in North AND South Carolina.  Shops have received their magazines, which are a must, for they contain the passport in the centerfold, maps, lists, patterns and more.

The area is divided into five regions;  finishing a region makes you eligible for extra prizes.  Finishing all 64 stores puts you into the grand prize drawing.  BUT, go to as few as 5 stores to be eligible for prizes in the general drawing.

At each shop you visit, you will receive a unique fabric block that will finish 4" x 4".  Many of the patterns in the magazine show you ways to incorporate the cute little blocks into a project.  Here's a peek at the Cotton Fields Quilt Shop block:

Scrap Heap

Fourteen bolts of fabric arrived today but nine of them are P&B white tone-on-tones and don't photograph well.  They certainly rounded out the white offerings, lots of nice, interesting patterns.  You'll just have to come see for yourself.

What I CAN show you are these five new tone-on-tone prints from Marcus Brothers.  They are from a collection named Scrap Heap and I GOT A DEAL!  Priced at $10.99/yard.
