Quilters Trek 2021

Did you know that Quilters Trek 2021 begins on June 21?  Visit participating shops and collect FREE patterns for 9" blocks that can be combined to make an 18" block or a 9" x 36" row.  The theme this year is "Pop of Color".

Quilters Trek

Quilters Trek (formerly Row by Row) officially begins on June 21.  You can pre-order kits, to be shipped after the start date.

Here's what the Cotton Fields block looks like.  It features the BLUE BIRD OF HAPPINESS.  Each kit includes the block pattern and fabric plus one of seven collectable North Carolina themed fabric tokens (2 1/2" square).

Cotton Fields Quilt Shop is participating in QUILTERS TREK this year, a continuation of Row By Row of past years, with some major changes.

1. Blocks instead of rows - shoppers will receive patterns for four 9" blocks.  Together they can be combined to make either an 18" block or a 36" row.

2. The starting date has moved up to May 22.  After that time you can pick up free patterns or buy kits at participating shops.

3.  "Tokens" are 2 1/2" squares tucked into kits like Cracker Jack prizes, collectable with many different designs.

4. The theme is "True Blue" which really leaves things wide open.  Cotton Fields has ordered the entire Quilters Trek collection from Timeless Treasures.  These blenders are $11.99/yard.
